She is Arielle Dombasle, a Franco-Americano-Mexican snobish diva, married to Bernard-Henri Levi, a self-appointed expert on the Middle Eats, 'cept that he only sees Israel's side
@TheWitchOvAgnesi Hello. No, a democrate, I like to think so, in the humanitarian' meaning of the word, not the American political party, since I'm not an American. He's just too one-sided. 10cc get top marks, though ;-)
@wwwonderful Well I think anyone with a conscience is a "democrat." A "humanitarian" as you put it. In the American political spectrum today, however, the Republicans (believe it or not) have now become that "democrat" we speak off, whereas the Democrats have basically become socialists (and there is a difference).
OK, maybe I'm stretching things a bit, but I'm in the ballpark.
On the point about 10cc, however, you shall get no argument from me :-)
@TheWitchOvAgnesi Judging by what I hear in American films, "socialist" is a dirty word. I have lived in Britain, France, Germany and Italy, and still have close contacts in all 4. Over the years the gap between left and right has narrowed to a point that it's hard to tell the difference. The result is a lack of confidence on the part of the electorate, and - and - people voting. That could be very dangerous. It's a pity that Obama hasn't closed down Guantanamo Bay 'residence'.
@wwwonderful It's a pity Obama hasn't done anything. He'll prove to have been one of the biggest wastes of 4 years in our history. He promised a lot of people a lot of different things and has really delivered on nothing. In fact, economically, he's caused far more damage than if he had done nothing.
And yes, the point you mention about lots of people voting being dangerous... it is proving so. Most of the electorate votes with no clear understanding of the issues or what's at stake. It's sad
@TheWitchOvAgnesi That's the guy she had set up Sonny to get killed by in a drug deal double cross, and was was expecting to see him coming. When it turns out to be Sonny she pretends she was on Sonny's side all along. Some longer versions of this clip on youtube show the shoot out between Sonny and the Ted Nugent character.
Just made a complete break today with what I thought was the love of my life. The women in this scene is exactly like my ex. Still being as charming as ever even until the very end. She'd promise me the world if only I wouldn't leave. It took me 3 years to realize what she was all about and the strange thing is I still love her but I know it will never be.
@hipolitomachado GTA vice city was basically made on 80s theme n also on this movie..as uve also seen lance in it which a lil bit reflect miami vice..
