  • notice ryan pushed both of his colors, interesting, i dont think i have ever see him do that.... (it works very well btw)

  • @b0mb3r315 I think pushing in production settings works faster especially when going on light garments.

  • These people dont know what there talking about. The dryer is running at %70 capacity. It couldnt handle a one color job. Maybe another 4 color job. Or just one one color job would be a stretch. But those shirts look like shit. No close ups there. I would be ashamed to put those out as a job.

  • Hey are your DVD's available in New Zealand??

  • Doesn't it get hot being on top of the dryer or is the dryer IR and not producing heat. You stated that the dryer's max temp is 850. I think it would be better to have the 800 degree oven on the side so as not to cook the workers. Correct me if I am wrong.

  • oh ryan your so silly

  • Awsome machine!!

  • how do you print multiple colors on the same shirt without drying the ink first? doesnt the previous ink stick to the screen?

  • Hi do you deliver in Europe?

  • I'm just starting out and I worry so much about not getting the shirt square on the platten for printing. From the looks of this video, I'm assuming this gets much, much easier?

  • I'm retired!

  • great equipment. how much is the cost and does the printer come with the heater? i am on a budget og 5000 and need the best equipment for my money. thanx in advance.

  • 07:12 nearly hit your head dude

  • Hey Ryan I noticed you changed your squeegee technique since your 2007 vids. Now your doing the push stroke. I also switch to the push stroke as I found it gave me better control and a more even print. More so on the opaque inks.

  • linking your business in the info section would be much more effective

  • Nobody checked the shirts to be sure they are dry enough to stack.

  • Rest assured they were. The dryer will properly cure your shirts as long as it's set at the correct belt speed.

  • Okay say if I was to buy this device off e-bay. I see how you guys are priting things on the front, how will I print something on the back like a baketball numbers?

  • you'd flip the shirt over and print on the back.

  • is that high mesh for more detail?

  • @Ryonet did you really have to tell him to flip the shirt? a bit like telling someone to put the car in reverse to go backwards

  • Typically numbers are heat pressed rather than screened. But Ryonet is correct - you print the fronts, then load the shirts on the press with the backside up instead of the front side up to print on the backs. In this case, when calcualting run time, you double your order - an order of 24 shirts with front/back imprint is actually like printing 48 pieces.

  • Is that a real question?

  • $12,000 not bad, but dam you still need other stuff.

  • Your feet will stay warm in the winter

  • i dont see his flash heater...

  • Yea thats off the hook! I agree with Trimere, how has this not been around in the past? nice job ryonet im going to do some fabrication to my 5 FT. dryer and 4 press. You should ebay this.

  • hey could you use skateboards in that thing bro?

  • for skateboard they use heat transfer rolls. i used to print on skateboards and i just used white blanks, a peel away transfer papers.

  • i would like a complete shop...any suggestions, i seriously do not no what im buying!!!!then to learn how to make the screens...and can i make a halftone on photoshop that would come out clear on a shirt????????? i have too many questions

  • There's no such thing as too many questions but you're gonna need to do some research and begin learning about screen printing and what you want. Ryonet is here to help, we offer these videos, purchasable DVDs and even screen printing training.

  • nice system...

    i need this...

    where i find?

  • on our website.

  • When you see something like this, you think to yourself...why didn't someone think of that set up before? :)

Nice system Ryan...any chance you'll eBay this...;)

  • Nice. I would totally own one if I had the money. Man I want to get into screen printing.
