These people dont know what there talking about. The dryer is running at %70 capacity. It couldnt handle a one color job. Maybe another 4 color job. Or just one one color job would be a stretch. But those shirts look like shit. No close ups there. I would be ashamed to put those out as a job.
Doesn't it get hot being on top of the dryer or is the dryer IR and not producing heat. You stated that the dryer's max temp is 850. I think it would be better to have the 800 degree oven on the side so as not to cook the workers. Correct me if I am wrong.
I'm just starting out and I worry so much about not getting the shirt square on the platten for printing. From the looks of this video, I'm assuming this gets much, much easier?
great equipment. how much is the cost and does the printer come with the heater? i am on a budget og 5000 and need the best equipment for my money. thanx in advance.
Hey Ryan I noticed you changed your squeegee technique since your 2007 vids. Now your doing the push stroke. I also switch to the push stroke as I found it gave me better control and a more even print. More so on the opaque inks.
Okay say if I was to buy this device off e-bay. I see how you guys are priting things on the front, how will I print something on the back like a baketball numbers?
Typically numbers are heat pressed rather than screened. But Ryonet is correct - you print the fronts, then load the shirts on the press with the backside up instead of the front side up to print on the backs. In this case, when calcualting run time, you double your order - an order of 24 shirts with front/back imprint is actually like printing 48 pieces.
Yea thats off the hook! I agree with Trimere, how has this not been around in the past? nice job ryonet im going to do some fabrication to my 5 FT. dryer and 4 press. You should ebay this.
i would like a complete shop...any suggestions, i seriously do not no what im buying!!!!then to learn how to make the screens...and can i make a halftone on photoshop that would come out clear on a shirt????????? i have too many questions
There's no such thing as too many questions but you're gonna need to do some research and begin learning about screen printing and what you want. Ryonet is here to help, we offer these videos, purchasable DVDs and even screen printing training.

@b0mb3r315 I think pushing in production settings works faster especially when going on light garments.

Nobody checked the shirts to be sure they are dry enough to stack.
webaroos 2 years ago
Rest assured they were. The dryer will properly cure your shirts as long as it's set at the correct belt speed.

you'd flip the shirt over and print on the back.

is that high mesh for more detail?
JonnyTommyGuns 2 years ago
@Ryonet did you really have to tell him to flip the shirt? a bit like telling someone to put the car in reverse to go backwards
