  • A friend of mine lived with them on London. He has all the music. I just came across them a few days ago. Seriously cool dudes :-)

  • Alabama 3 is perfect! I didn;t look up the name until I heard their catchy ass theme for Storage Wars. then I saw they wrote sopranos theme, and who doesn't love that song. But Johnny Cash is one of my all time favorite musicians, so Alabama 3 definitely earns my respect. HAIL HAIL ROCK AND ROLL!!!

  • HELLO!!!!YEAHHHH!!!!

  • Great song from Alabama 3 ! in my 30s and loving JCash :)

  • this awesome. i wish he would've said, hello, my name is johnny cash, but oh well.

  • The missed out the important bit

  • Nowhere near Johnny Cash mate and the american accent sounds like you missed accent class at derivative college

  • @BunchofFlippers It's not about the accent. It's about wanting to be Cash, and the song and the video both readily concede that the dream isn't going to become reality. What's your name? Johnny Cash. No you ain't. Yes I am.

  • @BunchofFlippers

They're a largely comedic and tongue in cheek band, I think it may be deliberate

  • LOVE THIS SONG! JOHNNY CASH FOREVER!

  • Five people dispute the fact that he is really Johnny Cash

  • "Hello,I'm Johnny Cash, and so is my wife"

  • "Hello, i'm Johnny Cash."

"I know who you are. I'm Tony Soprano and i wanna MY fucking cash, you fucking hillbilly piece of shit!"

  • The Sopranos.

  • Why is this version stripped of the part "I was there when they crucified the Lord.... I said to Jesus, hello... I'm Johnny Cash"? Interesting they would choose to take that part out.

  • they are horrible genial

  • sry im american dunno wat u said =(

  • he said he likes the sopranos, and that he hates americans. just tryin to fit in with the crowd, poor italian.

    preferite italiano

  • Twisted, hmmm, I know what you mean. We do try, glad you like it.

  • I watch this video at least twice a week. The 'clockwork orange' motif kills me every time. A few questions, if I may: Which Stetson are you wearing? I have an old battered 'Bangs'. Also where was the video filmed and are the prisoners hired actors?

  • mmm i watch it twice i see nothing of a clockwork orange in it...

  • 'Clockwork Orange' is a novel by Anthony Burgess. The essence of the novel is that a violent young criminal is 'rehabilitated' by forced exposure to psychological therapy.

  • thanks but i have read the book and seen the film a few times, and i still see nothing of a clockwork orange here, all i see is a homage to johnny cash's 1968 performance at folsom state prison.

  • i suppose when they get the mental pacients and force them to watch the band it reminds a bit like clockwork orange when they get alex and force him to watch the video tapes to try and cure him with his love for violence.

  • You are a very stupid and sick 'man', distracted by a macabre imaginary violence and cannot even spell. You'd not last one minute in close combat. Do the world a favour and go there. Thanks.

  • ?and again, ??

  • You have obviously not read the novel, then - but you'd have to be a fellow linguist and god rest Mr Burgess' soul. A master.

  • It was filmed in a community hall in Brixton, south London and the prisoners were all friends of the band.

  • Then why aren't you dead yet? Good grief.

  • this video is so twisted

    i love it

  • Not cool it aint the full version :(

still a Sweet Muthafuckin Country Acid House song

  • Amen Brother. Heh.

  • catchy motherfuckin' song, "whats your name?""i'm johnny cash""no you ain't""yes i am"

  • whats your name?

    i'm johnny cash

    no you ain't

    yes i am
