That was actually very good practice for the girl despite her lack of training and despite attacker giving her a lot of slack and going maybe 1/3 to 1/2 power. In way to many SD classes, they are giving instructions on techniques and how effective they are but, without trying those in even remotely realistic scenarios.

Take this from a martial arts practitioner/ coach for many years, including 10 years of BJJ. Your instructor either doesn't care about you, or doesn't know what the heck he's doing himself. Your defense is horrible. You would never get out of a situation like this in real life, even if the guy can't grapple himself. You could have used a spider guard to prevent him from throwing your legs, you could have shrimped back into guard... You don't have a practical defense. Your instructor is ass.

This is not realistic or they should train only wiht other woman, cuz yah, for sure its realistic they will be attacked by other woman looking to rape them :p They need to know how to handle bigger opponents just like guy who weigh 180 train with 220 lb guys. This is still better training then most female SD courses that assume one hit to the face will stop the opponent or teach woman to stand and fight it out.

I don't know if I would submit. That depends. A few days ago, I was sparring with an expet grappler. He was mounted on me and we were alone. He kissed me and I made a choice not to bite his tongue. I submitted to the kiss and then said something and he let me go.

This isn't a test, this is the training. Shes been doing it for over a year now. Of course she only rolls with partners that shes comfortable with. The guy in this vid has about the same amount of experience and she does and actually gets submitted about half the time.
