The 530 V8 is a sweet engine.

A friend of mine has a touring with only the cat and a small muffler in the back.

Manuel gearbox and A LOT of fun to drive. And sounds MEAN! :-)

the 3.0 came in both an i6 and V8 for those year. but the i6 only existed in europe not the US. Also the 3.5 never came to the US. and the 3.5 was a i6.

also if you watch the video you can tell this is a v8 by the sound.

wow i also own a bmw 530i and wow exhaust sounds good i have the stock one and i love the sound. do u by anychance a have the k&n high air flow filter.

nope i just have a performance chip.straight piping your car is really easy to do...you just unbold after the cats. and take off the rest...but its kind of a pain.and REALLY heavy.its pretty damn loud though.everyone looks at it.
