  • Isn't that just cool when that happens? To bad the Dash-9's on the game don't do it like that one Machines of Iron video I have on Tennessee Pass.

  • Interesting. And sorry, i have one question: Is in this game track Decin.Bad Schandau?

  • @GeorgeHp98

It is included in TS2010, I am running on Krashnburne RR Co TS12, from the DLS.

  • @captainkmanOFP857 Thank you for your answer.

  • lol

  • lol

  • how did you get fire

  • @MrShasoft

There was no modifications. It just is built-in. I just quickly increase the throttle. It will not happen every time.

  • TS12

  • How good is the select of diesel locos in Trianz? I have TS 2012, but it has a poor selection of NA diesels.

  • @MMODoubter

TS12 has a good range of diesels , with only 3 steam locos and the Acela not being diesel. LOTS of others are on the DLS or on third-party sites. Most are free, and I don't have much of it as I hate diesels.

    Boxes with no character...

  • What I dont like about trainz: Trains go to fast to soon

  • whhheeeeeee !!! let's go to those 88 miles per hour !!

  • wow,wow,wow!!!!!!

  • Wow! That was cool! I never expected fire to come out

  • What do you use to run Trainz? I recently got TrS2009 because I have a old computer.

  • @TomixNscale89

It's a HP Pavillion PC. Running Vista. Newer versions have Win 7. mine is 2 or 3 years old.

  • Related videos: "76 Big Turds". Personally, I don't know what YouTube's talking about; this video is not at all related to shit.

  • I thingyou blew a turbocharger

  • alco...

  • What is this is it an online game if so what game is it I whant to join is it free

  • @legomaster3320

It's Trainz Simulator. This is TS12, the other that I use and recommend is TS2010.

Not free, you have to pay $50 or so for it, but it's more than worth it.

    Also, read the description.

  • @captainkmanOFP857 Its not worth it for me since I can't open content :( If I open it, then I'll be happy.

  • it doesnt do it for me

    =(

  • I think I saw a fire happened on my default C-36 engine... but I wasn't sure, and I was trying to get it to happen again but it never worked

  • @ThePPPTrainAndCarFan You have to go full throttle when you are going slow then put it back in idle quick. They are simulating to much fuel being dumped into the engine which older models of ge are known for.

  • @CaptainZster well I did that and its not working real well, the flames only last for like 1 second

  • @ThePPPTrainAndCarFan Well......what do you expect? It's not going to go flaming down the track! It burns the access fuel off and then she runs right.

  • hey captainkman, nice to see you on youtube, how in the hell did you get fire lol

  • @mutanay77 Do I know him also? lol

  • @ThePPPTrainAndCarFan idk do you lol

  • I got this to work too!

  • @trainboy437

Excellent, as well as your spelling and grammar!

  • @captainkmanOFP857 Spelling and grammar???

  • @trainboy437

Yep, I'm crazy about correct spelling and grammar!!!!! But that's just my strange self......

  • @captainkmanOFP857 Hwo do you install a ZIP file??

  • @trainz675

Unzip it with WinZip, Zip Genius etc, then install the CDP files into Trainz. If that's what's inside it.

  • I was using the Same ATSF Dash 7 from JR as you. I looked in it and it s programmed for the fire script, just I can't get it to work.

  • @Mrmodeltrainz

Did you throttle up to 8 from a standstill?

This is a very rare occurance, and I was lucky just to get it to happen, let alone get it on video the first time I shot!

  • @captainkmanOFP857 Yeah, maybe it just didn't respond to me for some reason.

  • Dang, I was trying to get that to happen for nearly a half an hour and I got nothing!

  • @Mrmodeltrainz

What loco were you using? The loco you're using might not have the effect.

  • Only JointedRail does the flame thing with Payware on G.E units as there 4 stroke engines, EMD don't do that unless there's something wrong with the compression as there 2 stroke.

  • @azervich

Thanks for the info, most of the TS12 American trains are JointedRail payware.

  • @captainkmanOFP857 Ah, I don't have TS12, I do know about the script that controls it, if you throttle up slowly it'll play the flame longer, the script is set to blow the flame out if you throttle up too fast, I don't have any G.E units though, only a guess from reading the JR script from the emd units.

  • @azervich

When I throttle up slowly, the flame doesn't play at all! It's only when you go straight to notch 8 from notch 0.

  • I have noticed Ocemy's does the same thing.

  • @kittycraft

I've noticed too. I wonder how easy it is to tweak the fire?

  • Whoa! did that really happen?

  • @TheWaluigiking

Yes it did! Multiple times at random intervals!

  • @captainkmanOFP857 What did it do to the loco

  • @TheWaluigiking

Nothing, it's just an effect that happens when you go to notch 8 too fast! I think it's to simulate unburnt fuel burning as it goes out the exhaust. I'll look into it further.
