im a lvl 15 summoner and i cant put it any plainer than sivir is severely underrated
quite often my KDR is over 15 to one...although i must admit early game she needs a lane to herself to win midgame... i find she carries significant weight lategame as an ambush permaslow...to setup for ganks out of cover...
