Aside from one or two chords, there is no real indication that he can play an instrument. He memorizes what he has to do (someone teached him how to play those one or two chords) and he, despite the fact that he doesn't know what he is doing on the guitar, plays those one or two chords. I'm sorry. Justin can't play an instrument properly.
