Don't worry, I didn't find it remotely offensive. The skit previously mentioned (the one that brought up fisting and rape) was actually offensive since it was somewhat descriptive and just plain crude. This was nothing. I loved it, it wasn't really explicit at all.

And I agree completely with Flexei on the yaoi. Sure, it's 18+ material but it ends up on stage. Or worse..blatent making out/groping on stage. In comparison this skit was harmless.

How did you get a video filmed so close when recording wasn't allowed? Do you have any of the other skits. Your costumes were good and some of your skit was really funny, but you went to far on the sex jokes. It was a little too crude for a PG-13 Masquerade, sorry.

To avoid detection, our film ninja was only able to get video of our skit (he had assassination appointments to keep anyways).

As for PG-13, there was a run through, so any problems staff may of had with it would have been brought to our attention then. Also we were not any more explicit than some of the other skits. It's not like we were miming sex acts on stage... we were simply putting a slightly perverse spin on aspects of the game that DO exist.

That might be true, but also last year there was a skit about rape and fisting and all of this stuff that the judges never said anything about, yet everyone complained about it because of the content. Yours was not ANYWHERE near as sexual as that, it's just things like "Sex with your sister" and what not, are things that children probably shouldn't be exposed to quite yet, whether the judges clear or not.

Well, some would argue that yaoi is not something children should be exposed to either, yet it freely makes its way into skits all the time with the only complaint usually being that it is overdone. We are generally very conscientious of our content and much worse things than our single reference can be found on network television on a daily basis.

FYI: Katsucon 2002 had a very funny skit based solely on the incest premise entitled "Don't Sleep With Your Sister", which can be found on youtube.
