  • Good vid. Is there a bung in the fermentor? Or is the blowoff tube just in there? Anyway, cool vid and try lager yeast next time for a Baltic.

  • It is just a friction fit. I'm up for something different so lager yeast, sure. Havent posted in quite awhie, been doing some mead lately. Used Irish Moss in the latest one and it cleared in a month.
