it's happened before - look at the Tuskegee experiment. There are documents that the govnt. created AIDS for the purpose of eradicating people of color; it all documented. In addition, look up NSM 200 a document in which the U.S. made plans to make Africa politically unstable. It all there in black and white just do the research!
