I had a 81 xs1100 i bobbed w/ 16" apes and tail draggers traded it for a toyota in 3/09, missed it ever since my new project is a kz , i am looking forward to doing a chain driven bike i would have kept my yamahog if it were chain driven. nice bike. Mine will be very similar.

I'm pretty much doing the exact same thing with my 79 kz 1000. Why did you put baffles in the pipes? I'm planning on running my stock pipes cut off right before they go two into one!
