Extremely fabulous, Master of not only Qwali of his era & even today, in fact AZIZ MIAN was a great philosopher, thinker, theorist, poet, scholar, intellectual and the best of ll these AASHiQ- E- RASOOL(PBUH), I can not express my feelings and don't know why he had not been projected by the media of that time? Absolutely marvelous master of Qwali, Aziz Mian had the passion to express through his words, we are forced to let loose our feelings of being mortal and insignificant in this limitless Universe......many thanks for sharing the joy to listen to one of the greatest qwali legends of sub-continent!
Nice... what a good tremendous verses... a great Ghazal... Aziz Mian is always great... But we Pakistani are miser to appreciate some one. Aziz Mian you are legend... a great man...
For Gods sake people, just enjoy the video. I would recommend the poster of the video to disable comments until we muslims mature enough to control our mouths.
Let God judge! I and You are no one to judge! Try to understand this.
some people eat grapes - others prefer a more concentrated form - maybe they like eating raisins or drinking grape juice. these are all good ways of being nourished, and will do no harm. however some people enjoy the wine derived from grapes - why? because it is intoxicating - it changes the consciousness. this is only a metaphor. i am not advocating drunkenness. the sufis are mystics who experience god like a person who drinks wine. they only see god as love and bliss. they don't need rules.
yes this dum is related to THE hum dum, and its not actually wahdatul wajood, wahdatul wajood says iam HIM but here it shows within me YOU are the main but I still remain,
I was lucky enough to share a stage with Mian Sahib many times as a young child. Kind and gentle,he was a true genius. Had fans all over the world. A real legend.
I love his body language in this video and how he explains everything. I have loved his music for some time, and it was great to see that he is also such a great performer. Anyone who had seen him perform live must be so lucky.
ek bahut hi mauthavaana guzaarish hai aapse khan saab agar ho sake toh baraye karam-o-meherbaani, Aziz mian ki woh mashoor-o-maasha qawwali "Baksh deta toh baat kuch na thi " aha yeh waali upload karein aur jab bhi karein hume zaroor itillah kijyega, hum aapke zindagi bhar mushkoor rahenge... bahut bahut shukriya... Not in the Qur'an but in the hadith it is. I was just asking him how he could do that? But, really, listen to the lyrics of this song. Listen to what this man is singing. Yaara those ppl talk shit abt Aziz Mian is because they are all haters of The Household of Prophet Muhammad(sawaw) and because Aziz Mian was a Qawwal of Ahlybait(as) E Rasool(sawaw). Its that simple.

Wonderful,,,,,,,,don't go astray just by his outlook or style, he was a brilliant Qawwaal and also a very literate person as very less people know that he obtained M.S. degrees in Arabic, Persian, Urdu literature, and History from the University of Punjab, Lahore.
There is 4 issues with his magnetic words ... descent from the heavans ... are the words.....souls are sent from above at birth..Jesus will descend...Muhammad pbuh ascended to descend...Adam descended to die naturally...this is very deep and this man is true Pakistani talent....Long live the Muslim Ummah
'WOW' True Pakistani Talent: Aziz Mian obtained M.S. degrees in *Arabic, *Persian, *Urdu literature & *History...
*Aziz Mian's first break-in performance was in 1966, when he performed before the Shah of Iran, Reza Pahlavi. He won 1st prize in Iran and a gold medal from the King of Persia...
Aziz Mian died from complications of hepatitis in Tehran, Iran on December 6, 2000. He was in Iran at the invitation of the Iranian government, to perform on the occasion of Imam Ali's (cousin of Muhammad) death anniversary...
mannnnnnnnnnnn!!!!speechless WAllah!amazed, happy, known a lot about Zindagi,,Aziz mia just how did you do that..ikhan24 keep up the good work yaar....and thanx a lot for uploading these rare videos of aziz mia hope that to see more of that....thanx again to the great Aziz mia and you...
Although i disagree with the content of the ghazal about god and existence, i'm a big fan of Aziz Mian and admire his talent nevertheless. One makes exceptions for the ones one loves.

Qata shaitan ki kehke tal diya aur insan ke nafs ka kya hua. Zindagi ek azmaish hai.
Jannat ko jannat banane keliye aazmaya gaya.
Haa isi liye aazmaya gaya.
Aasman se nahe utara jata to insan ke aazmaish kaise hote.
Agar adam na hota to koi aur dam hota aur woh uska khuda hota.
Is dam ka shukr ada karne ke liye utara gaya.
Itna he nahe us shukr ada karne ke liye jannat me muqam ada kiya gaya.

Although i disagree with the content of the ghazal about god and existence, i'm a big fan of Aziz Mian and admire his talent nevertheless. One makes exceptions for the ones one loves.
