    4. you don't spin on your back like a turtle

    5. Watch more tutorials.

  • well first off, all you're doing is spinning, and not kicking. You should start off by raising your left leg followed by your right and then kick with your left as you collapse. Remember to KEEP YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT

  • i shouldn't be giving advice, as i'm still learning my windmills as well, but one thing that helps: just concentrate on the kicking leg at first; keep it straight and focus on its spin +up-down motion; the other leg should follow.

    2. Keep your legs open..I mean as open as you can

    3. as soon as your leg swings, collapse and try to get as high as you can onto your shoulders

    4. finish off the windmill

  • don't bend your legs. But don't try to stick them out too straight either. First, learn to turn and collapse with your legs spread apart. Then practice kicking under.

  • You have a good start. Im guessing you got it by now since this video is old but just incase.

    1) You have to keep your legs straight at all times.

    2) Keep your legs spread as far as possible.

    3) Roll your shoulder not back

    4) You have to be on your upper back. If your on your lower back you will hurt yourself.(trust me i know haha)

    5) Keep on practicing little dude.

  • im only starting to learn these, but if your goung counter clockwise dont you stap with you other arms instead ? xD if you go clockwise its right arm stab counter, left arm stab, and good attempt dude, better than i could do xD

    1.Remove that embarrasing earing

    2.Get a shirt so you can protect your skin a bit from the spin

    3.Try it somewhere NOT on a carpet.

    4Keep legs straight and learn to kick with them to get into the spining motion.

    5.Try to do a windmill for God's sake - you didnt even put an effort in that !

  • If you get windmills smoothly it shouldn't hurt without a shirt on =)

  • It's your legs. Keep em' straight. Also, if you don't stay on your upper back you will get bruises on your hips. I did windmills exactly like those. Since you are on carpet try using a slick jacket or put down linoleum or something. Just keep posting your progress and watch it for the mistakes.
