    i am 13 years old i decided to getting bigger muscles so i do every night 100+ push-ups and sit ups does that work for tour biceps& abs?

  • @MultiPinkypanther - You should do Pull Ups and Dips too for strong arms ;)

  • @MultiPinkypanther do it every morning, not night plus also do push-ups, they are really helpful

  • @MultiPinkypanther you need to hit the gym, simple exercises like that are good but arent gunna get you anywere

  • @MultiPinkypanther Firstly, push "press" ups are a compound exercise which effects your pectorals and your triceps. Sit ups, are a struggling exercise even though they are good for your upper abdominals they do not get a full extension unless you do them in such a way that your back arches in the starting position. Also you shouldn't do them every night that it results in an overtraining effect which will not aid your muscle gains. Do them about 3 times a week. Hope that helps.

  • @bastiiieee1 every time you eat meat you get creatine, why on earth would you think it wasn't natural? things like growth hormone, testosterone and igf1 that influence hormones etc are examples of non-natural supplements.

  • A few notes of criticism: he lifts his rear to 'cheat' the weight up (A few times around 1:00), exhibiting poor and dangerous form... Also, his triceps, are slightly out of proportion to his biceps and deltiods. On the plus side though, he has a nice abdominal fromation with impressive biceps. The presentation of the clip was pleasing and properly followed the theme of motivation for bodybuilding.
