@dwart420 Sorry but personally I think it's bullshit, if you knew anything about these exercises you'd know you wouldn't be doing them "everyday" cause you need to give your muscles a rest and hat way you'd be overexerting yourself. If you think this is so easy how about you upload a video of yourself doing this with good form as well and maybe then I'll believe you

Tip - On the four regular push-ups, keep your elbows tucked in close to the body. Targets the chest/triceps more and helps protect the shoulders.
