according to what I heard the girl suffered a mis-carriage. what leads me to believe this is true are the dates involved and their lack of candor throughout the entire event. the date of the assault was 3-21-00. she was at least 7 or 8 months pregnant then. the date of my so-called trial was in july. according to 'them' she was unable to testify on the date of my trial because she was in labor at the hospital. neither were any of my subpeonas issued to her or other potential witnesses.
