Okay I waz born and raised in Chicago,but I live in Atlanta now,why is it that when we get snow everthings Chaso,ppl aree running annd hiding in the house,but in Chicago life is still moving on??

this blizzard allowed me to have a 6 day weekend from school...but we had to go to school last friday because of the days we missed cause of this....and i had to shovel this crap....but at least i got to stay home and play video games all day...so this blizzard had a good side and a bad side for me

yeah the conditions were vary dangerous considering a guy slipped and fell into the lake during the storm and died

Do you have another video that shows the waves crashing into the cars going up Lake Shore Drive?

@Liozeris I didn't capture that. On the night that the storm hit, hundreds of cars were stranded and then abandoned about two miles north of this location. I was a mile south at Navy Pier where there was ice in the inner harbors. The videos that I have seen from the Lake Shore Drive event mostly showed the wind and blowing snow. The police kept people from getting close enough. White-out conditions at the shore made any approach very dangerous.
