  • You know they let that fucking cop go to, released from all charges and he's going back to work, his name is Jeffrey Cotton. We should send a lynch mob to his house and just hang him in his yard just ass hes taking his racist ass to work to shot some more people who are a threat to him and his small penis.

  • @rafic4321 He was found not guilty by people from the same area this occurred. He was proven to not be profiling in any way and he was proven to be in fear of his life and justified in shooting Robbie Tolan. It sucks that a bad series of events resulted in this. Think about it: a typo of a licence plate and a mother and son not listening to two police officer's orders can get you shot. If one of those did not happen no one would have been shot most likely but we will never know.

  • @phantomjay0 Yea i read all about the decision, but im from the Houston/Bellaire area, and you can believe what u want.. But we all know that cops are not fairly tried in this country. He was following protocol but influence of his personality is what led to the shooting, not protocol. cuz protocol also says to comprehend a situation not just follow written steps. Btw i dont want him lynched i was just being "internet obnoxious" lol. And "people of the same area" = 55% white above 55.

  • @rafic4321 This issue is that "internet obnoxious" does provoke more hate for no reason. How are cops not fairly tried? They must make split second decisions to protect themselves and others and be tried by people of the public. The most difficult thing to do in court, and as I am sure you have seen on youtube, is to get the lay person to realize the mindset of a police officer at the time of an incident. I hope at your job you do not have to worry about every little decision you make.

  • @phantomjay0

Yeah right. How are they not tried fairly? The entire U.S sees it. And because they make split second decisions, put their lives in harms way, they deserve special treatment??? So, become a cop, and you get 'extra rights', including if and when you go to trial, be rest assured acquittal will be handed down. They choose their careers. Listen to you, as if they were 'appointed' the second they were born, without a choice. They also get paid for it. Your a citizen? - that disgusts me.

  • @fmnma1 "They choose their careers. Listen to you, as if they were 'appointed' the second they were born, without a choice."

People also choose to drive to work everyday and yet about 100 Americans do not ever return home everyday because they died in a vehicle crash. You are agruing about your own bias not about my 6 month old comments. You have the choice to be enlighted before you choose to be disgusted.

" The entire U.S sees it." If that were true then juries would find them guilty.

  • @phantomjay0

Then all you have to do, quit stating 'they save lives' - 'they put their lives in danger' ... Because, as I have stated, no one forced them into their careers. So, that is NOT an excuse for them committing these disgusting acts against society. Listen to yourself, 'lets turn a blind eye because they also do 'good' things' - that's a bunch of crap!

  • @fmnma1 What "disgusting acts against society?" This is a specific video about a single incident in which the officer was proven to do nothing wrong. This is not the place for your slanderous hate. But to step down to your for a moment: police officer absolutely save lives and risk their own lives. And for the few bad officers and bad decisions their are countless others that are very good and heroic that you seem to be turning "a blind eye" from.

  • @phantomjay0

What disgusting acts on society you ask... Murdering citizens, Oscar Grant is just one case, Kelly Thomas is another. Murdering citizens, and not getting really any prison time for it? How about the constant brutality displayed by law enforcement on a daily basis. And, let us not forget the case where an officer was arrested for trading child porn, including babies engaging in sex acts. He also conspired on how to torture, then murder boys ages 5 -10... Are those disgusting enough?

  • @fmnma1 You are judging officers you have never met or even heard of because of what a few have done. There are millions of assholes in the world but I would not be ignorant enough to assume they are all just like you.

"They have created us against them, their fault!" That one of the most thoughtless comments I have seen. Your ego is so large and your head is so full of air I am not sure if you have a chance at being brought back to earth.

  • @phantomjay0

Let me put it to you this way, because your brain is having a hard time understanding.

ALL COPS ARE BAD, YES! Here is why!

Look up Wall street police brutality. This is a pure example of them ALL being bad little pigs. We have the right to assemble, and peacefully protest. Now take a look, as 'citizens' try to film their illegal acts, and their 'brothers' try to block every moment of them committing these crimes. Yes, they are all bad, have yourself a look. WAKE THE FUKK UP!

  • @fmnma1 Wow! I do not even need to debate with you anymore. You have truely surpassed your previous comments. A law enforcement officer is a person with a job and if you have ever been to kindergarden you would have learned all people are different. Your view on this matter is actually concerning to me because it is borderline psychotic. You are losing touch with reality or you have surrounded yourself with an elaborate delusion, or both. No matter the cause I wish you well. Good Luck!

  • @phantomjay0

You still fail to realize law enforcement in an establishment. Actually, it's not that you fail to realize it, it's that your moronic brain chooses to ignore it. While ignoring it, know this - citizens are no longer putting up with police brutality, in case you haven't noticed. Let me give you an example. 4 officers shot in coffee shop, they all died. You still think citizens are not targeting law enforcement? Now ask yourself why! To conclude, pigs are better roasted on a stick!

  • @phantomjay0

YOU are individualizing them, we refer to them as 'law enforcement' or 'police', for a reason. As you can see, they are not interested in individualizing themselves. They are a group, and it's us against them mentality is what they created, not us. 'Us against them' is thoughtless? You need to really come back to Earth, and see what is going on. The us against them, is completely obvious. It's all over the FREAKING NEWS! Yes, it's us against them, they created this, not us!

  • @phantomjay0

Watch, police brutality at the tea party. Do you see one pig, taking the side of a citizen. This is more proof, they do not take the sides of citizens, they back their own. Regardless of illegal orders, they stick to their fellow gangster brothers, without giving one thought to a citizen. You with to ignore allllllllllllll this proof, go ahead, but it's there. Us against them, as you can see, is not only real, but what they are creating, PERIOD!

  • @phantomjay0

Slanderous hate? Moron, what I stated is not 'slander' nor is it 'defamation'. I am stating facts, and can't be brought to court when I have the evidence to back it up. Law enforcement is an institution, an institution no one trusts anymore. Police officers save lives, and risk their lives. Wake up, they get paid for it, not to mention no one 'forced' them to go into the career in the first place, - BAD excuse for what they do. They have created us against them, their fault!

  • Yeah jealous pigs see some black kids in a nice car, RACIST fuckin pigs!!!

Cowards just like the chief of that town ALL cowards too chicken to arrest the real thugs... they are in uniform...

  • f*ck da law

  • I caught the episode of "Real Sports with bRYANt GUMbEL" that first aired the Robbie Tolan story about a year (or was it a few months) before the August episode of "Real Sports" that updated the story, reporting the acquittal of the cop on an aggravated assault charge in the Tolan shooting. It wasn't until the Aug. update that I recognized "other" things in the story. For instance, the surname toLAN only needs "D" to make TOLAND, which breaks down to "TO LAND". You need "D" to land?

  • In the Aug. 2010 update of the Robbie Tolan story on HBO's "Real Sports with bRYANt GUMbEL", I also noticed the license plate of the car Tolan was driving, the Bellaire, TX police officer who shot Tolan claimed he believed to be stolen--the reason he followed Tolan and his passenger, cousin Anthony COOPER, to their home. The license plate began 695, which could evoke a spur route of Interstate 95 around Baltimore. Tolan was shot on the same day CHAMBERS, BRAYden Chambers (588-05-5519) was born

  • That BRAYden Chamabers (588-05-5519) was born on the same day Bellaire, TX police shot minor league baseball player Robbie Tolan--DEC. 31, 2008--could evoke the 1981 split, but you have to hop kin first to get there. GABriEL DUNAVANt (757-09-5897) was also born 12/31/08. Her surname sounds like DONE-a-VAN, but is unrelated to NFL QB Donovan MCNabb. Her 757-09-5897 assignment begins like the 757 telephone area code for Norfolk, VA, but is unrelated to cousin Anthony COOPER being Tolan's passenger

  • That GABriEL DUNaVANt reminds of a Done Donovan McNabb fits nicely with ASIA ROBINSON (680-08-3346) being born the same day Bellaire, TX police shot Robbie Tolan ROBINSON--DEC. 31, 2008--fits nicely with McNabb since his wife is the former RAQUEL Nurse and he sites NEW ORLEANS classic "Red Beans & Rice" as his favorite dish. Unrelated: local elected judges on the rural country bench. Dakota HALL (407-69-8236) was born 12/31/08 and 407-69-8236 ends 8236, which begins 823, like an NXX for 27886

  • Dakota HALL (407-69-8236) was born the same day Bellaire, TX police shot pro baseball player Robbie Tolan: DEC. 31, 2008. HALL' s 407-69-8236 ends 8236, which begins 823, like an NXX for 27886. Communications Workers of America members know immediately what an NXX is. Unrelated: toiling amongst them on the day pro golfer and reigning U.S. Open champ (Pinehurst #2) Payne Stweart's (499-50-8597) wayward plane crashed in South DAKOTA: OCT. 25, 1999--the same day Luis TREVINO (642-68-4141) was born

  • A racial subtext is easy to see in this case.

Tolan and his parents were interviewed on HBO RealSports and their recital of the evenings events seem honest. They didn't exhibit any of the mannerisms of liars except when Tolan was asked if he noticed the cop on the way home, even if he lied about it -it is insignificant.

Homeowners in their pajamas the way Tolans parents were attired aren't a threat and the police should'nt have been militant.

This is an injustice of high order.

  • they are going to deny racial profiling? Do they stop at all the white people's houses and automatically assume that their new cars must be stolen? The cop didn't even run the plates or have any report that the SUV was stolen so why in the hell was he bothering them to begin with? It was because they were black. Even a white redneck like me can see this for what it is. The cop needs to go to prison or this will continue to happen all over our country.

  • @Stink808 The cops got put under "investigation" nothing more happened to them since the system is setup for them. I dont think it will stop because this is a racist country that was built off racism & ignorance so ill have to deal with & so will my kids. Thanks for the comment man

  • hey man, I hate to see injustice no matter who it is happening to but especially to the little guy who doesn't have power or money. One thing they can do though is to educate themselves, their families and community. Add smarts with the strong will to fight and some dignity can be gained at least.

If you haven't yet, seriously check out EdLawsonTV on youtube. He has some really good stuff, ominous but yet inspiring. He has the will and he learned his way and is nobody's fool.

  • @Stink808 Ill chec it out. Who are you talkin about though? Or is that just an example

  • the little guy I refer to is anyone who has an extreme power disadvantage such as the poor and uneducated. They are easy targets of police and the money sucking penal system. If hate and fear can be propagated about that class of citizen, it makes it that much easier for authorities to stomp all over them. The black community is a perfect example of a wholesale victim. Where I live, a lot of dumb white rednecks end up filling that void since we hardly have a black community here.

  • @Stink808 Aight

  • @Stink808 Why are you opening your mouth before you know what happened then? Are you not profiling the police?

  • Punk ass police always fuckin with minorities

  • why do people become cops? to get back at certain people who used to kick their asses in high school! fuck the police comin straight from the underground!!!
