You get the house in Megaton if you disarm the bomb, and you get the suite in Tenpenny tower if you set the charge and blow it up. To my knowledge there's no way to get both of them (or to get Tenpenny suite without blowing up Megaton/Megaton house without disarming) unless you're on the PC version and you mod the game - Hope this helps ^^

i have both of them and i dont use any chates if you let the gouls live in tenpeny you got your apartamen

you can get the caps and the house in megaton and after that you can rig the bomb to explode and get the house in tenpenny sweet to i guess..

I think you can only find Mr. Burke in Tenpenny tower if you meet him in Megaton first, and agree to blow the place up. After that he can be found in/around Alistair Tenpenny's suite.
