I read that the 64 bit version of windows with the 64 version of Dolphin, gets you better results and it should, but haven't tested it yet

graphic plugin: dolphin direct3d9

in graphic plugin EFB copy is set TO texture that way it runs faster on my PC. I have core 2 duo E7500 CPU. by the way legend of zelda twilight princess runs twice as fast as it should run :D ou and i think wii version of resident evil zero runs much better than gamecube version

yeah just confirmed that its my CPU i overcolocked it to 3Ghz and it worked perfectly

i think i CPU upgrade is needed.

console emulation requires a lot of cpu power and video memory... you need to have core 2 extreme or higher processor, latest high end 512mb~1gb video card, and 3gb ram to run it like console does... if you really want to play the game, just buy a console, it will save you time, money and effort.

but then youd need to buy every system, every game, and another controller for 2 player, when you can get a good pc and play every game ever made straight outa the box, and most of them online to unlike the console versions. you expect people to buy every arcade cabinet when they can just download MAME. who do you think we are? sorry if i can't relate to you, i have a limited lifetime and gaming is not the only i do so i just pick the games that i really like and play it.. i have a gaming pc and it can run emulated games but a console is always better than an emulator, a fact you cannot change.

no im not talking about pcs being better than the source console, just that when people talk todays consoles they poo-poo the PC as being a gaming system because they are uneducated about things like this, when infact emulators are a big point why a PC is a serious gamers system

i beg to disagree. emulators are prone to crashes even with a high end pc. so it's better to play a console game thru a console rather than emulated on pc. but if you're not a hardcore gamer and just want to play a game to experience it(like i do) then a pc emulated game should be fine.

yes with the newer console emulators like Dolphin or the PS2 emulator. ive never had a problem with older emulators for N64, dreamcast, Sega Saturn, PSX, megadrive, SNES, atari 2600 etc. that means you have a wealth of games to play, like a video game history back catologue. and being able to play almost any arcade game in your own home with mame. yeah the real thing is a far superior experience but you can get online play with these emulators and its great fun playing with friends at home

Very unlikely.You'll need a very fast dual core cpu for proper emulation.I'd recommend anything above the 3ghz mark.

Olá, sou eu de novo, baixei a versão mais recente agorinha no site do dolphin a versão é Dolphin SVN Build 2536 64bit , liguei o optimize quantizers e deu uma melhorada, to conseguindo durante o jogo constantes 23 fps, somente na primeira sala de save fica com 40 frames, mais só lá mesmo, mais enfim já é uma melhora até umas versões anteriores o personagem ficava transparente, creio eu que em alguns meses deva ta rodando perfeitamente, testa a versao nov ai e posta como ficou, abraços

olá, baixei a versão do dolphin 2390 para windows vista 64, nos cgs fica a 60 fps, e quando vai abrir as portas também, mais durante o jogo, ficam em constantes 15 fps, meu pc é ótimo core 2 duo rodo jogos atuais no maximo, oq poderia ser? e mais uma duvida, em uma de suas respostas, vc diz que durante o jogo os fps na sua maquina variam de 18 a 25, mas está muito rapido pra ser só estes frames, como vc configurou o dolphin?

Para o Resident Evil zero tens que ter o "optimize quantizers" activado e o jogo a 30 fps corre mt bem.
