That's a rain system?? I was thinking you had something cool actually, like a system that somehow let droplets fall like rain fall. Something like , more natural .. i dont know hehe. I would at least get a fogger, they look way cooler.
anybody intrested in this dude would love this guys account his account name is Rephibiankid and make new videos about every week and hes trying to start a competiton 4 the best vids of there amphibians, reptiles, and insects such as trantulas
mainly its a rain system since the water is in fact still in liquid form. You're jealous because your mister isn't that awesome and powerful... I am too.
hi, very nice set up, well done. Im in the process of custom building a terrarium for my two red eye tree frogs. I have a humidifer and a rain systeme at the mo in my current terrarium. I have the problem of drainage, as the water always collects at the bottom. do you have any solutions for this. I have an exo terra terrarium. I was thinking to install a turn valve tap at the site on the bottom. But this is hassel as I would have to get a hole drilled in the glass by a pro.
yea nice work, also to lookers this is a misting unit and a good one cost around 150-200 bucks but if you want automated rain that you can hook up to you house water line then you never have to water again
thats what ive been trying to make, but i dont have any (nozzles) or (pumps) such as (pestocide containers) or (powerheads). so im just going with (fog) from a (zoo med repti fogger) for ($39.99) and maybe a (small waterfall) . for (substrate) i use (forest bed) . i will also have a very small (pond). the parentheses are for key terms.
why whats with people saying that these comments are bad even though they're complimenting the cage i mean come on.p.s i love the cage and rain system
it seems very simple, just take the tops of a spray bottle off, and connect it to one of those fitler things that have a small tube and can be used for small waterfalls. Then just use one of those small metal bands that tighten to tighten it very tight. and then get suction cups to hold it up, also, just hook up a big water bottle to the part that sucks in the water.
you have to make it....tanks come empty...the ffun part is designing it..the rain system are simply just humidiferes.....ithere electic or battery powered
you can find those at almost any petco.....they come with hoses and when connected with a timer.....set off at the time you wnt them to....very advanced...lean about the herps you are taking care of and make sure you are meeting up to all of thier needs...becuase you can over humidize the tank and kill your herp
So what kind of animal do you house in there? It looks pretty cool! :D

this would be perfect for a rainbow boa. They require such high levels of humidity constantly.
