This particular machine had been started twice prior to this video being made, and started just as easily. The key is following the steps. We have several of these at customer sites and all have been happy with the product. We send a "starter kit" with each machine that includes silica sand to polish the die among other items. Basically turn key, ready to crank out some pellets!
