It could be a crock...but it explains a lot of the evil things happening plus there's lots of evidence to support it. The more I look the more I say "yes, it's true!" It is repeated many times. Some don't believe it so check out all arguments/evidence and decide. To me, the ones who don't believe seem to look only for evidence to refute it and ignore the other evidence. I've been in the Dulce Base and this video just made that base more interesting and Draconians also happen to be my favorite cataloged species.
