@hellskicthen270 If you're going to stay at a certain prestige level, you should do it on an odd numbered one. Odd numbered prestiges are the ones that unlock additional classes.

@RAJLFC4EVA There are 3 spinning emblems: the green CoD 4 star, the gold 10th prestige emblem from CoD 4, and the 10th prestige emblem from MW2. To get the spinning star, just call in a nuke while your team is losing. To get the second one, you need to get 1000 kills with the AC-130 after prestiging. To get the last one you need to complete every challenge.

prestige is where u get to the highest level in the game (70) and then choose an option in the menu called 'prestige'. this means that u go back to level 1, all the weapons, camos and challenges u did are reset and u have to do it all over again. the kool thing is that u get a new title and a kool emblem instead of the crappy normal ones.
