Graphics are a bit clearer on Xbox 360 but the frame rate slows down a little when driving fast.

PS3 graphics are little more subdued but the performance it nearly flawless. Yes at times it will lag a little especially online but its the best.

graphics -> 360?=higher resolution, clearer picture, less pixels

gameplay->ps3?=game runs smoother, feels more like a gta game

i have both versions, played on the same TV, same setting just to try it outm and oddly enough, i found Both to be fine, the load times rnt much different, the controls were fine the graphics FANTASTIC on both, but one thing i found, the multiplayer is much easier to get into then the PS3, i dunno wat was goin on but the PS3's online was a little laggy with glitches and the 360s party and in-game content was great, this was surprizing and i hope this enlightens u, but it does come down to choice
