I personally HATE this phone with a passion lol everything lags a lot and I definitely want to switch. The only thing I enjoyed about it was taking photos, the texting is a hassle and everything just kills me deep down inside XD iphone is definitely better.

Okay. This was a good thorough overview of this phone. Nicely done, but it took me a while to decide if this voice was a computer generated voice or a real organic human voice. This guy was very thorough with the review but he sounds like my computer. Are we all becoming computers - bi-products of our current environment?? Again - this demo was enough for me to go and buy this phone tomorrow. Mission accomplished to the computer voice dude.  Samsung/Verizon should love you.

I'm not sure if you know this, it includes a stylus. It's much easier to use with the stylus than your fingers.

The accelerometer has options to set on how fast you want it to kick in. In your video it looked like it was lagging.. but it was just the default settings.

I wish people would learn how to use the phones before they make these videos. so many of them are made and make the phone look harder to use then it really is because they simply don't know HOW to use it. the touch screen really is a lot more responsive than this vid shows. but it is a resistive screen which means you have to press a little harder than say the iPhone to get it to respond. at first i hated this but now I LOVE it because it doesn't have as many mis-presses as the iphone does.

I'm so torn on whether to get this or not. On one hand, the hardware is top notch...no one else offers a 5MP cameraphone for VZW...but at the same time this review and many others show us that the interface is mediocre at best and the touchscreen is very, very poor. The lagginess, the unresponsiveness (there were times in this review where he had to press like 5 or 6 times and still nothing happened)

If only there was an iPhone for Verizon :(

yeah this is pretty common knowledge. in general gsm phones are lightyears better than the verizon cdma options. i mean verizon JUST came out with the omnia last quarter while the GSM Omnia HD is about to be released...8MP camera, HD video recording, 360x640 capacitive screen...will be at least a year until vzw gets anything remotely comparable. i mean they're still selling phones with vga cameras...pathetic

actually it lacks a lot of basic things that would move it up. It isn't really all that powerful compared to winmo phones. If WinMo weren't so laggy and complicated at times it would be perfect. It allows so much customization and even third party apps. it literally is a computer on a mobile scale. the iPhone is no where near that powerful and nothing close to a computer. it has some good features including one of the easiest interfaces but really lacks a lot of basics like a good camera..basic
