A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner.A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room,
the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail.If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight,
the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw
Man the Raconteurs are amazing! This song shows it all! They've made their own genre. Like a little of clasic rock, a little oldies, some Blue Grass, some Blues, some Folk, some Indie, man they rock! Just when all the bads are sounding the same, these guys are awesome!
raconteurs, muse, libertines, phish, the strokes, radiohead... there IS good music being made today, you just gotta look for it. check those bands out. (especially muse knights of cydonia)
Especially Knights of Cydonia? I don't think so. I am a big fan of Muse, and I can guarantee that Knights of Cydonia is not their best song at all, and does not truly demonstrate their sound. If you really want to know Muse, try listening to "Fury" or "Butterflies and Hurricanes" then tell me what you really think about Muse.
Nice song; calls to mind Cream, CSNY, The Band... yeah. But wasn't it kind of funny nobody had the vocal register to hit the low notes on "free" in the first stanza?
sounds like it is influenced by Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young. Has a real cool, well developed sound. A little Grateful Dead influence too. Just my own opinion.
the raconteurs are really a huge step up from the white stripes, its got a great bassist, jack white, as well as a cool synth part and a DECENT drummer as opposed to meg white
hey I listen to german music, and its not that great well some is ok but i guess its just different. i like zu spat tho. and yeah i agree waffles are good :D plus germans gave us spacecraft and stuff i think, german inventors. and also einstein was german :)
No imperialism and nationalism were responsible for the Holocaust, sprung from the minds of some twisted fucks. Italy and Japan were involved too asshole. Now go back...Read your history book and quit crapping on the wall of a brilliant badass song.
It was a bad comment. You realize that America is the home of jazz/blues, which eventually created rock music? Where would music be without pioneering american bands??
Actually the first Rock Musicians were American like Chuck Berry, Elvis Pressly, Johnny Cash, others around that time sure alot of those musicians today would be classified as Country but Country and Rock N' Roll started with those Musicians and just branched in seperate directions.
If the guy likes waffles so what, why do ya have to give him such a hard time. i actualy think this song is about waffles and about the first time when your old enough to eat them.

exactly! Muse is an amazing band, and though I've only heard three songs with this band so far, I think they sound great.

Worst comment ever. Can you tolerate Bob Dylan and The Band? If not, your comment has sunk even lower.

Stating my opinion about American music makes it the worst comment ever? This was positive toward the band, not negative.
You do listen to German music? I would supect not.

True, but Blues is the basis for modern rock music scales, beats, rhythms, and arrangements. Plus, all the musicians you just mentioned are American.
