@Xkusjee I'd like to go to Korea as well. I'm 17, and have been researching a lot of teaching programs. Most will pay for your trip to Korea if you've gone through 4 years of college and have a degree in something, and it doesn't have to be teaching. I may end up going next year for my senior year of high school, if I'm lucky. It's much easier to go through some sort of a program though, where financial help will be available.

@photogrowl I was going to credential right after graduating, but I loved the idea of being able to travel and teach, so I made a change. Originally I was going to Japan, but things fell through once the tsunami hit. I heard about a great program in Paju, so I started researching all about Korea and loved it all, so here I am!

@punky298705 No you do NOT need to know how to speak any language OTHER than english. Although you will want to know basic phrases. I recommend the Pimsleur 60 day lesson program. 60, 30-minute 100% audio lessons.
