Anyone still play SOcom CA? these mo'fo's be callin me a cheater and i dont even cheat. i play with a small community of good (well some just blow) legit players in ranked rooms. I put alot of time into this game and am really good. I have vid's to show my legitimacy. However they still think i cheat. I have a 1.6k/d and most of them are at 1.0 or under.

Just takes practice. Two things to keep in mind is LAG and RECOIL. Not much you can do about the lag, but once you know how each gun recoils, you can learn to adjust for the lag. Depending on what gun I use, I aim for the chest and neck, with recoil the sight will gradually move to the head. I used to rush my shots(pray n spray =), with practice you'll learn to take the shot when you're actually going to hit something, then you don't get in a situation of who can reload faster.

For example, some times players will lag a bit, will skip across the screen a little, other times they will look like they are teleporting across the screen.

What I mean by adjusting, is leading your target, depending on the lag...Anticipate where they may move to, then put your sight ahead of them so they "lag" into the bullets. A lot of times, even though your sight is on them and red, the lag from the net connection is giving you a false positive. That's where "adjusting for lag" plays in.

Thank you. As far as gameplay goes, there's really no difference. Playing in ranked matches allows you to move up in officer ranks, allowing you to measure your skill against other players. Officer ranks are basically a status symbol with the benefit and ability to play in rank specific matches.
