Looks cool. However, you could just right click the shortcut>properties>change icon.

If it's a vb program make sure you publish it. Then go to the programs directory(folder of it's files(wherever you saved it)) look in bin>release. It should be there. Go to send to desktop.

Yeah you can do this... But with this program u can change the icon of the program.. not the shortcut... and this application was coded in VB6 not VB 2008... there is no bin>release and shit..

No! The ocx isnt for skin... the skin is pure code... this ocx is an activeX control...

It is common dialog control... this pop ups the "browse" when u search for a program or an ico!

Were you using wine? and even if you were, wine doesn't work with everything. This is a windows app, and it should only modify windows apps.
