Of course it doesn't have every nuance that ice does. A simple grasp of science would tell you that. However, this stuff is epic, and if you keep up decent speed, don't flat out suck, and like practicing at home, then this is for you. Or live in San Diego like I do. 5am ice time sucks. This stuff is great, downside is the cost.

@Defenseman619 You guys have to wake up at 5 am for ice time?! I live in san bernardino and I go to riverside ice and play mon-fri. What rink do you go to?

Any of our four rinks have tose times, either that or 10pm. THey give the kids the normal times, as they should. Sometimes Sundays you can find a good pick-up game at a normal hour.
