I remember when I was 14 playing this game! I got into a tsraight up dogfight with 4 MiG-29s and won O_O

I think it was normal difficulty, but I overpowered like 6 IR missiles and took some cannon damage. I remember the missiles in this game would try to intercept you, so by causing the missiles to turn and expend their energy correcting their course they would run out of juice :)

i always loved this game. But IMHO i think the EF2000´s manouverability performance is extremely exaggerated

graphics, nope.

everything else, yep.

for one, there's the killer flight model which lets you do stunts (like in real life).

and then, true stealth. (i.e. enemies don't see you unless very close/you attack; again just like in real life.)

I believe you could climb even higher if you weren't vertical.

of course.. but 50,000 is just safe. no need to get higher than that.. it's overkill. it could also make it harder for you to attack.

I managed to climb to 94000 feet or a bit higher. But that was only for testing, not for in fight scenarios.

I should definitely play this brilliant game again.

can you tell me wchich program u used for recording it ? i'm trying to record it with fraps but the game crashes everytime i start recording

hello. I used Fraps too.

now, the trick is, the first time the game always crashes/freezes. you just have to restart the game, w/o restarting Fraps.

and I'd recommend software mode, Fraps slows down TAW very much. hope this helped.
