Alex Salmond delayed the referendum on Scottish "independence" to give Brown more time to send English billions to Scotland so that it would be in fine fettle for "independence". It's all gone wrong now, so it looks like England will be saddled with Scotland for some time longer. We should have a referendum on England's independence.
