Sad, this new M56 doesn't seem like it followed any cue's from the M35/45. Personally I thought the old M45 was an awesome blend of luxury and sportiness. Not only that, the interior had a, what I would call, masculine feel. I don't know about anyone else, but I very rarely see any M's driving around, but when I glance at one, I always have to take a second look. Its a stunning car and this new one is very bland.
I'm still waiting for American cars to become cool again. Just as America's car industry was turing around, this communist administration took it over and are forcing it to become a Green on the outside/Red on the inside 4 cylinder, 42 miles/gallon crap...
Poor America. I am indeed an American patriot, but I will not buy American cars simply to buy American. I will buy the best quality and best value, and force American cars to become better.
if only some people could think like that...in europe most people will buy a certain car just because it's a national brand (france and germany especially).
Huh? What about the CTS and CTS-V from Cadillac? The Mustang GT? The new Taurus SHO? The Lincoln MKS turbo sedan with 350 horsepower? The Chevy Camaro? You'd piss yourself silly if you ever test-drive one of these "uncool and subpar in quality" cars.....(gulp) gee-whiz, you might even be tempted to own one....no, don't dare buy one.....nope....stay biased.
I, along with millions of Americans resent that Government Motors and Chrysler have now become part of this socialist coup against our great country, and I reject their products based on principle.
Ford is the only option left to 'buy American,' but if you don't want an SUV or truck, the pedigree of their cars is lackluster at best. Lincoln smells like old people, the name 'Taurus' represents cheap rental-car-specials, and Mustangs are too often sub-par sports cars owned by broke 'wanna be's.
Don't forget what those jerk execs did to Preston Tucker. After that, and realizing most of the domestic companies still have the "ideology of the old", I'm hard pressed to buy American. At least I would never go with a Dodge/Chrysler unless its a Ram.
The Taurus SHO and MKS Turbo are both far too soft riding and unimpressive in many aspects. Their suspensions flat out aren't sporty. The Mustang GT and Camaro is engineered for straightline performance, rather than track performance; again old American car thinking. I rather have SPORT than crude speed.
The CTS-V However is a great vehicle, yet its interior leaves alot to be desired. In fact, EVERY American car's interior is usually not so great. It still is one of the greatest American cars.
I agree. I have long noticed that Ford's European division was the best part of that company. The Mondeo runs loops around the Taurus in the realm of design in my opinion. As for the Ford Kuga, it is WAY cooler than the tired old "Escape" and will probably be its replacement. The Fiesta has been in existence for 30 years in Europe, and a best seller, not to mention the Focus which is Europe's top seller for 10 years.
@USA4July1776 how in the world do you love British cars, I mean yeah there is some cool cars over at that side of the globe but to love it as a whole defined as German or Japanese, 'British' cars don't really come close in terms of being renowned for something. Now if you would have said German, Japanese and Italian cars now that...nway to each their own.
British cars have Range Rover and Jaguar... granted, Jaguar did have some spotty reliability and given its pedigree, the bastardization subjected to it by Ford's X and S monstruosities did take it down a bunch of notches... but have you seen the XF, XR and XJ lately? Tata Motors may be what Jaguar needed, the colonies giving back to Britain is ironic.
As for Italian cars, sure Lamborghini and Ferrari are legends, but out of my league price-wise.
Concerning your comment "this communist administration" --- YOU ARE A BLITHERING IMBECILE. You wouldn't know a REAL COMMUNIST COUNTRY from YOUR ASS, you MORON. You have UTTERLY NO IDEA what you're talking about.
I'm soo happy to see the new M series coming !!! That will lower the price of the old M series which I love so much... newxt year I may buy the old M...
True to that. What if GTR is under Infiniti which it was orginally intended to until they change the last minutes. Would it still be a re-badged NISSAN?
The rear looks too plain to me....where are the wild rear taillamps! they don't complement the front portion...and I don't have a problem with the front...except the lower grille...it's not wide enough..anyway that's just me...
i hate that the front look like a maxima... infiniti's should not look like nissians... i like nissians but if i buy an infiniti, i want next level styling.. i love the old m, even with the boxer back end.
Pretty good quality? This sedan has excellent quality! BMW: surpassed! Mercedes & Audi: On par IMO

It's all love, but the Poindexter approach to reviews falls flat. Dude acts like he doesn't like cars (or girls).
Try getting a "real" guy or girl and get over your intellectual insecurity that manifests as "overcompesating".
All we want in cars at this price point is enjoyment and passion (and at any other level BTW).
Leave the T-square and compass at home and give us FLAVOR! LOL

Nissan is Infiniti's parent company. In fact...most Infinitis are just badge-engineered Nissans...f.y.i.

no the headlight look closer to the G37 then Maxima. NISSAN and INFINITI both are NISSAN. INFINITI are the high end NISSAN cars they sell in Japan.
