Haley Reinhart had at least the top 4 best performances of the season. "House of the Rising Sun" was by far the best, and "What is and What Should Never Be", "Bennie and the Jets", and "I Who Have Nothing" follow close behind.

Lauren's best performance was "Anyway" not "Maybe it was Memphis", I agree with Scotty's "Gone", Pia's "I'll Stand by You" was 5th behind Haley's top 4, James' was not "Maybe I'm Amazed", that was so pitchy compared to his others.

I think the fact that you could only come up with 10 memorable (for both good and ill) performances says it all about this season. Most of it was kind of forgettable, with the producers' help boosting any entertaining trainwreck potential into merely mediocre territory, and the judges' cheerleading discouraging any improvement into the stellar range. It was boring in a better way than Season 9, but it was still boring. Oh, well, there's always next year.

I was never a huge fan of Adam but putting Haley and Adam Lambert in the same sentence as far as greatness is a disgrace to music. I'm not saying she can't sing. I thought Lauren was bland, Scotty was silly, and didn’t want to watch either of them. I stopped wanting to watch after Haley was eliminated- not because I was mad, but because I was bored by the two country singers. Casey really did fizzle out after his good bass performance in hollywood. I agree with Pia's song being in the best, but not as first. James maybe I’m amazed was really good, it or Haley's house of the rising sun or I who have nothing were best for me.

Where was Haley Reinhart??? She got more best performances of the night and standing ovations than ANYONE!!! Even if you're not a Haley fan, you still have to admit that she had spectacular performances like "Bennie and the Jets","House of the Rising Sun","I Who Have Nothing", and "What is and What Should Never Be."

James did a few that I really liked, but I can't remember them now. My top 5 though - not of them would include Haley. I just don't like her growling. She tries too hard I feel.
