With the call of duty series they cannot come down on you after Black Ops release.. Since all the Theatre videos you own are yours. They are on your hard drive saved on your hard drive.. It doesn't belong to Treyarch or Activision at all. So with any CoD game after Black Ops they're unable to take your video down as long as it was made with theatre.

It has always been illegal to post copyrighted material online or anywhere for that matter, its called reproducing and distributing it, and it's stealing. People can gain individual permission from the company with authorization, and if you have permission, there's no big deal. It is pathetic that American government is even worried about this, while there is still much more serious issues in the middle east, and even within our own borders.
