but where did you adjust them too? i just turned mine all the way to the right (exact opposite of the factory setting) yesterday... unfortunately this ended up taking away some of the octave up wave sound that i like while on the bright side produced a much more harmonic Neil Young type of noise. it makes me wish that instead of a knob that there was just a switch to go from one (diode?) to the other. as all the tones in between just didn't seem to have that heavy crunch which is what i want
honestly, i can't remember as it was a while ago. but i wanted to do a diffrent type/style of demo than the others on youtube.
whilst the many trimpots inside allows you to tailor "your sound" i found i couldnt leave it alone, and spent more time fiddling with it than playing. same with the fat sandwich pedal i also had.
@J0HanSolo well for that i commend you. i ended up pulling back the sustain just a little to reduce the hiss type noise i was getting from full crank. then i ended up splitting the other one down the middle. so left to right it's about 12 and 3 respectively.
personally i like to consider the fiddling as part of my playing but then again i'm into the whole shoegaze, experimental, noise thing.
That's sounding pretty close to a Stephen Carpenter tone. I'm going to have to mess with the inside knobs on mine. Shit!

What song are you playing?

@pangtjoff
its just something i made up for the purpose of this demo (ie i wrote it slow/simple to allow time to turn the knobs)
