Still nice. And if you put your rising tail on top, you can ensure ignition by passing the leader by it. (and make an opening ofcourse)

I always make sure to secure them with a lot of hot glue btw, in that way i'm sure they won't blow off during lift.

I always put them on the surface of the shell, which is inside the lift cup, therefore there's a 100% chance of ignition :) I've seen people stuffing them on the top, but i always stick to the bottom. I just becomes a disadvantage when you use comets too big to fit inside the lift cup .. But i haven't encountered that prob. yet :)

Well - that's actually what most people do :) Have you had any succes with it?? It just seems logical to me, that you want to have them on the half that us exposed to the full flame of the lift powder. I've never tried the top-method, but the bottom method has NEVER failed to ignite even unprimed metallic stars!:)

Well, u kno what quickmatch is, right.?They have the slow fuse, then the QM. The QM leads to the comets on top, and to the lift charge. It moves so fast that they light virtually all at the same time. Have u got hit by the spam guy? Me, kno3dude, jeffrocket55, kcnkickthecat,etc have gotten our videos flagged, to the point of their removal, and Cat and Dude got suspended cause of so many false flags. We're trying to find who it is. Hate him.

If i know what a quick match is - yea of course :) I always make a quickmatch for my shells, simply strands of blackmatch enclosed in tape. But they don't actually touch the comets on top, so i'm still unsure about ignition. And it would be too complex if i had to lead the quickmatch from the main strings over to the comets and enclose that too ... :)

Hey, where do you place your trailing comets? I'm not totally sure where to place them. Wherever I place them, they either get blown off, or don't ignite. I think that I just need to make some QM. Ah well. Thanks.
