If you can't tell, that's a Transtronic E-bell. Very distinctive, compared to air-bells and the ever-popular Graham-White E-bell, common on SD70ACes and GEVOs.

RailRunner has their own custom E-bell rather than the traditional E-bell.

It's not a custom, it's a standard, just a different make.
Is there something else in this station? I am surprised at the number of people standing around after the train left.
