I had the WoB as Blue Baby on the first basement item room. I went on to get Poison Touch, Dead Bird, 9 lives, and Brimstone. I gained health until I had 17 soul hearts at the Womb (Yes, 17). I sucked so much, I was pinned in a corner on spikes by Goblins, and had 3 hearts after. Slow Brimstone killed me. Shit. FMI. (F My Isaac)

I just watched an interview with McMillen where he said the basic inspiration for The Binding of Isaac was the fact that in the Legend of Zelda you're a little kid, alone and isolated in a dangerous world. I find it fascinating that he sees Link that way. It's never really struck me.

I'm going to guess some of the alt. floors. First, Basement and Cellar (obviously). Caves and: Sewers, Grotto, Crevasse maybe. Depths and: Abyss, Chasm. Now the difficult part. Womb and possibly: Brain? Mind? I'm not very sure about this one either. Sheol and: Hell? Underworld? Not sure where Ed wants to go with the story.

Play as Judas. Do not pick up any health upgrades. Pills are acceptable AS LONG AS you don't know if it is a health upgrade or not.

This means no deals with the devil. This means lower health. This means that if you get hit ONCE in the womb, you lose. This will force a womb boy achievement. :D

It was cool listening to Ed and all but I think you should have asked him about some game balance issues with things like Brimstone. Brimstone is pretty much Technology+Ouija+Chocolate Milk and it only costs one heart most of the times. It's near ridiculous how quickly each room gets cleared with that item... I hope the new updates have some equally amazing items to make the game more exciting.
