Which bulb do u have in the low beams? Do u install de warning cancellers?

@patoa5 I had the 8000k bulbs in the low beams, I didn't ever have to install warning cancelers I didn't have a problem with the bulb out indicator until one of the HID bulbs went out. I replaced the bulbs with 6000k bulbs, that is what I have in there now.

@khmaiaznboi I did disable the DRL's but only because I didn't care for the DRL indicator on the dash

@kellsarah without projectors right? so even if they're aimed right they can still blind other drivers.

So you used the factory housings? I want to get some HID's for my Jetta TDi, but I wasn't sure about just popping them right in... Do you get high and low beam?

The high beams are a separate bulbs, they are still halogen and still work.

@kellsarah Just a quick update, I decided to retrofit some factory housing with fx-r projectors, denso 35w ballasts, and 6000k bulbs. I love the look of the bi-xenon, and I can't stand when people just throw hid into halogen housings, so I decided to do it right the first time, and it will only cost $500! I'll update my page with a video of them in about 3 weeks. Later.

Do you need projector headlight housings? I just bought an 8000K kit for my 07 jetta and i dont have projector lense housings will it be ok to use the normal headlights or do i have to buy new headlights.

Factory Hella reflector housings, I thought for sure that I would have to buy projectors and that the light would be everywhere but I was very surprised how nice the cut off actually was.

The beam pattern is great. What brand are they? I have helix projectors on my 04 tdi and the beam pattern sucks even after i adjusted them 3 times.
