Same thing you can do in GTA San Andreas. Just start Vigilante mission and kill driver. Even with killed driver car won't slow. The easiest way to see this is kill driver on 1st level and follow the car.

I should have answered this question a looong time ago, sorry. To get 150 HP in armor, yes 150, I have 145 in the video because I took some damage before, just take a police vehicle and clear 12 vigilante missions. Press Caps Lock to activate the missions while in a police vehicle.

Nope, it's not multiplayer, and obviously the taxi driver wanted his car back. I had to try several times until I could find anyone who wanted their car back. I had to drive slowly to the water and let the taxi driver follow me.

Yup it's a glitch. It can happen in GTA: San Andreas too. Try killing the suspect driver during a Vigilante sub-mission and you'll notice it will still continue to drive.

i did another way to make ghost car. first download gta vice city 2004 the new one. then go to drink bar and when respawning taxi driver. make sure he kill 3 bikers. then get in hes car and get out then the taxi drive it Self!
