get decks like Mini logo , goodwoods , Mystery . they are strong and pretty cheap . they have good pop too .wheels don't really matter but Bones STF are the best , trucks Either Venture or Indys so ya . subscribe me if it helps you :D
i hav both indys and tensur there both good and i use to use mob all the time but it riped my shoes in a cuple uv day so i went to jessup and lucky 7 are good i had some but my bearing cover came and got cot in my wheel i havent tryed indy bearings yet.
get indys if you wanna ride more vert or grind, that's what i ride and they skate better than any other trucks i've used, but very heavy, not good for street, and tensors are way light and are easy to use for street, dont get lucky or independents bearings i just got sum indy ones and they broke in under a month, luckys dont last long either, i ride bones reds they are way fast and have a lifetime guarantee message me if u have any more q's :)

Independent trucks (tensors have a tendency to snap with me)
Bones bearings are best. reds, super reds, or swiss (named cheapest to most expensive)
If by pads you meant risers, then any will work. 1/8 or 1/4 only! 1/8 my favorite though
Otherwise good setup
