  • This game's premiere didn't air originally on 1/27/03 due to a CBS news Special Report.

  • I was never a fan of this game, only because it looked like the setup was designed by a kindergarten class.

  • why is she not excited for a new car

  • @GrapleityProductions Would you want to drive an Ion?

  • this game was retired because nobody ever won it.

  • Does anyone agree that looks like the Wheel of Fortune??

  • give the contestant one extra path and this game wouldve been a lot easier

  • wtf i just wasted 4 minutes of my life and she didnt even win

  • Randy West was working on Hollywood Squares.

  • SOME BITCHES ARE STUPID ON THIS GAME!!

  • those ladies stroke those products so sensually....

  • 2:30 I said outloud the ice bucket ,in relation with the Price is right -memory fail LOL

  • @captslow94 I thought about the same thing. "What, there's no ice bucket?" :P

  • she should have gone with yellow second, so that she would have eliminated some before, since she know what was 12, makes it easier

  • ACK. What a confusing clusterf**k of a game.

Best thing about this clip: Randy West. He should've gotten the permanent announcing job.

  • It's amazing how we don't remember these missing games until they are brought to our attention. They should reintroduce them again.

  • i liked the idea of this game, but felt it was too hard to win. the set up was fine, maybe one too many items to choose from??? this game could work, but as its been proven, it's too hard.

  • Grocery items would have made more sense. It worked for Penny Ante

  • This was one of my favorite games!

  • Why did this game reitre? It was only on the show for like a few years.

  • On the spot was taken off the pricing game rotation due to a bad setup, a low win percentage and very confusing rules.

  • The game was up to NO good in the first place!! That's one reason why it was scrapped!

  • I wish my ion 2 had power windows :-(

  • I didn't really like this game

  • Why was this game retired?

  • Very low winning percentage, plus Bob didn't really like the props. Thought it was too "cheesy"

  • It wasn't very popular. The winning percentage was poor and the setup was extremely flawed!

  • When the Announcer search originally started I was marking out for Randy West because I liked his announcing alot. I was dissappointed about him not being chosen, But rich does a damn solid as a hunk of platinum and his voice does fit in a bit more.

Oh, I knew this game good. Didn't confuse me!

  • i completely agree. not to dis rich by any means, but randy had so much genuine excitement in his voice.

  • You know, although On the spot is retired now, I have oftened wondered if Drew Carey could have figured this game out that is if it was still in the pricing game rotation.

  • I don't know how, but they would have to reveal the Car behind Door 1 or 2 because almost every game (Car or prize package) would be revealed behind Door 3.

  • I think the people who won this game were just lucky.

  • OMG i have the same car only in light blue and silver

  • On the Spot was retired in 2005. Contestants really never won it because it was confusing. I only saw it won 3 times. But it was cool

  • wow, front and rear floor mats? holy shit that's a sweet deal!!!

  • Claudia is looking good modeling that car and now shes on Deal Or No Deal Case # 1

  • The game was terminated due to low win percentages and the fact that the game was too confusing for some contestants.

  • I loved this game, but the colors did sometimes strain my eyes.

Too bad this game only lasted 2 years.

I loved how the contestant tried to playfully step off the spot. And maybe Bob might not have noticed. lol

  • Randy's voice is really smooth in this clip, some of his best work.

  • Comment removed

  • I liked this game.

  • I meant the announcer

  • I remember this game, although I never saw it much on the show. I remember that it was one of my favorite games. Or, so I remember. And, I assume that this was right after Rod dies, because this guy is Randy West, I think is his name.

  • Unless I'm mistaken, this was one of the games that hidden behind either the Race Game Curtain or the red curtain.

  • I think instead of small prizes, they should have used six grocery items. That way, there would have been a lot more wins in this game.

  • I think this game made Pathfinder look like Golden road.

  • This is a great example of a good idea that gets executed poorly. I don't dislike the color scheme but it could be better. Unfortunately, as seen here, this game is very manipulative. It could turn out to be quite easy, but many of the playings I remember ended in losses (I did see a few wins, though). I am somewhat disappointed that it got retired, but it gives other small prize car games (which there are many of) more screentime.

  • @AstroDroidR4O2

holy..someones a bit too into it.

  • go Randy West!!!

  • One of the hardest pricing games to beat.

  • Almost like the original bullseye
