  • It is simply NOT POSSIBLE to be over 300 pounds ripped, press 350lb logs for 12 reps, deadlift 800lb cars for 12 reps and train everyday all year long for hours at a time without using steroids. LOL if you think otherwise.

  • @LegendKillerJosh It just show that you don't know shit about strongman asshole. Go lift some weight instead of saying bullshit on youtube dumbass.

  • @Aerhion You are an idiot I train at a strongman gym and there are tons of guys roiding, they can squat 1,000lbs but not an 800lb car for 14 reps. I train with the strongest guys in Michigan so you STFU. If you think most if not all pros don't roid you are retarded. I'm not saying it doesn't make their accomplishments still insane.

  • Guys get real something like 90% of pro athletes in football and baseball have used at some point if not regularly. 100% of pro bodybuilders and powerlifters use them and probably 100% of pro strongmen too. If everyone is using them then it isn't cheating. The best quote in strength athletics is "take whatever you want, wear whatever you want, and try to beat me on the platform"

  • some of them do mariusz did, they suspect poundstone, but these big guys like brian shaw and phil are anti drug big time.

  • @MrPiconi How are naturally occuring supplements considered "pills?"

  • nuturel trening is eat and trening not mass of pils

  • wats the name of the song at the end plzz???

  • Imagine trying to afford all those supplements on your own. You have to love what you do.

  • he seems like a cool guy

  • Wait...was this a whole documentary of a single day of his training? God damn

  • vitamins, minerals, whatever...

  • 6:14 im really not surprised hes there lol, Arnold champion of champions we salute you!

  • hehe he drinks the shake out of a CB beerglass

  • 30,000 mg vitamin C in one day???? I think that would be toxic...I think he meant 3,000 mg.

  • Another thing to note, despite him being the size he is, he doesn't have garden hoses for veins which is a sign of particular "supplement" abuse.

  • Hello, I have question to anyone here. From whom is that music at 5:05 min and how is it called? Please answer.

  • The Viking has a sensitive stomach.

  • worlds strongestman is on tv this weekend.

  • Nothing gay about that...nope..not a thing...

  • I am not trying to sound gay or anything, but you have to be honest, I think svend would put a horse to shame. ha ha.

  • Holy christ, he even drinks pills better than the average man.

  • Shut up about all the steroid chat bullshit, just watch the movie in its awesomeness!!

  • STEROIDS STEROIDS STEROIDS....STFU, just because you cant compete with a more superior built person doesnt mean you should cut down their accomplishments, shame on you all!

  • @disgruntledredneck this is a late response, but I fully agree. Took the words right out of my mouth

  • @disgruntledredneck It's not an accomplishment if you take sterioids.

  • @disgruntledredneck

of course he use steroids, all the top strongmen use steroids no dought, but so what if he use steroids FUCKING LOOK AT HIM! almosth none can come as far as he have with steroids and all the knowledge in the world.

and lets not forget that strongman is not a sport, its a show, and it is not illegal to use steroids in strongman.

but u cant compete if you have been caught using steroids such as bodybuilding if he got caught when he was bodybuilding he could not compete,

  • @MrJoffe95 They do have testing at SOME strongman events.. Pudzianowski initially finished third in the 2004 WSM contest but was later disqualified after testing positive for a banned performance enhancing substance. He was forced to return his prize money, stripped of the International Federation of Strength Athletes points from the event, and received a one-year ban from competition. you either have the gift or you dont... blaming their successes on steroids is an excuse for inherited weakness

  • @baddamanbrutal i never blamed their sucess on steroids it takes pation, dedication and stamina to get there but of course everyone on the top use steroids no doudbt about that.. but its much more respectable if they didnt use it of course, but its still a show not a sport.

  • @MrJoffe95 You just contridicted yourself you said you never blamed there sucess on steriods. N then you said everyone at the top uses.Theres a few that do.. but there is testing in place to stop the cheats. And it IS a sport.. it requires the use of extreme athletic abilty and princibles of fitness (STRENGTH AND POWER) while people watch. Bodybuilding is NOT a sport its a bunch of huge men (mirror muscles NOT functional olied up and POSING in tight underwear for people watching.THAT IS A SHOW

  • @baddamanbrutal get real man... i just said what whould have happened if you got caught using steroids as a bodybuilder its just rough eksample, jeese why do u take everything so litterally?, and by the way its not a show either, bodybuilding is a sport even how much u dont like it is still a sport and it will stay as a sport, and strongman is a show and will always stay as a show even how much you dont like it. even how much u twists and turns it will always be a show. even wikipedia says so:P

  • @MrJoffe95 Actually wikipedia says this: Emergence of strength athletics as a new sport

The late 20th century saw the emergence of strength athletics. Combining formalised strength events found in Highland Games, with elements of powerlifting and weightlifting, along with an eclectic selection of events involving the lifting of rocks, refrigerators, pulling vehicles. With a governing body called the International Federation of Strength Athletes. Learn to read.. and gain some understanding.

  • @MrJoffe95 Anddd...In the early 2000s, the IFBB was attempting to make bodybuilding an Olympic sport. It obtained full IOC membership in 2000 and was attempting to get approved as a demonstration event at the Olympics which would hopefully lead to it being added as a full contest. This did not happen. Olympic recognition for bodybuilding remains controversial since many argue that bodybuilding is not a sport. THINK IVE PROVED MY POINT... :p

  • @baddamanbrutal oh for fucking sake iam not discussing bodybuilding!!! i just used it as a fucking eksample dickhead, i really dont know why i am even bothering to discuss this with you when you dont even know what subject i am discussing about...

my fucking main point this is not a fucking sport it is a fucking show! even svend karlsen says so !

  • @baddamanbrutal so if i get this right u are saying this is a sport while 2 other friends of me and myself that compete in strongman AND this guy says it to me face to face that isnt really a sport but more a show??

  • @MrJoffe95 Whatever.. the facts are there lets leave it at that.

  • @MrJoffe95 You are absolutely clueless if you think Worlds Strongest Man comps don' t count as a sport. Bodybuilding is the show actually. There's no performance during the competition, only posing. I'm not even downplaying BB either.

  • @MrJoffe95 you rite

  • @disgruntledredneck Thats true! These fucking assholes says that every strongman uses steroids, but they are natural strong!

  • @disgruntledredneck

    bigger? are you kidding me?

  • Maybe he doesnt take any steroids?

Take a look at Powerlifters in his weightclass. They arent allowed to take steroids but lift partially more then Svend or other Strongman.

possibly afterwards you can consider that you can be strong without using steroids.

  • Just because you're not allowed doesn't mean that no one is doing them. Have you noticed how from time to time even Olympic competitors get busted? It's a matter of not getting caught. Steroids like HGH are impossible to detect with tests for example.

  • yeaa youre right man they make secrets because roids are very missunderstood people think its like cheating but it isnt it it just a trainigspartner roids dont train for you they help to train harder thats it its not magic its all about training and this is what the people doesnt know so they make a secret and its illegal ;)

  • Yes, but that's not a good enough excuse, even if it's not a magic way of getting strong.

  • Colin makes excellent films. And Sven is a natural ham and pretty likeable too, so this is fun to watch.

  • the real secret is eating vegetables lol

  • yve773, he dont use that shit drugs

  • This was actually the best training video I have ever seen. For some reason they usually suck.

  • omg they test em ffs

  • And the sport's greatest ever WSM Mariusz Pudzianowski was disqualified and stripped off his title in 2004 for what? Too much gatorade? Haha. Don't be so naive.

  • Mariusz was caught with cocaine in his system not steroids.

  • sometimes 4 or 5!

  • Colin Bryce doing nice educationg films. Hes done alot for the strongman sport.
