@mustangracer2g hey I dont know what numbers he's making exactly but its gotta be close to 400hp. at that point your pushin the limits on a stock block. they're rated for about 500 hp. most people go with a dart block for a base. good luck!

I was wondering which engine block you used for this set up? I am considering putting together a similar set up, actually pretty much the same set up, a 331 stroker with 8.5 comp or so and a t66 or t76. I heard that the stock blocks can support the power. If you could hit me back and let me know I'd really appreciate it. BTW i noticed there is a 347 stroker in another of your vids, is it the same car? How much hp did the 331 make and 1/4 mile time?
