  • can you please send me the pics for this. I don't have myspace and can't find them in you profile.

  • @WizeDemon It's called configure the controls or buy a $10 mouse. If you don't use a mouse, then get one and model properly. The controls are what you set them to. Nobody can tell you them.

  • these low poly models can be used to make pepakura files right?

  • Cant get the pictures sense i have no myspace, can you please post a link of them somehow in another place?

  • did you create this moogle yourself?

  • all i can say is..... slow down. cause sometime i dont even know what you said

  • anyone got the controls for laptop users?

  • @WizeDemon If you watch my first 2 or 3 videos you it will explain how that works.

  • O.K. I split the screen in two and then I tried to add the pictures I want to use, but I can't see them. I use a Windows 7 and a Version 2.5x blender. What am I doing wrong?! Do you have a tip or two?

  • Your myspace is only viewable by friends D:

  • oh fuck, get a zbrush and make a lowpoly zspheres as i do get it do blender, finish modeling, back to zbrush and add high detailed details on your blendermade details, leave your lowpoly character without changes, just subdivide it 5-6-7 times sculpt and normal map and stff the go to low poly, export to blender, you have all details, including the ones you extruded, in exaxt same polycount you brought it in from blender. Works for me everytime, and save me 500 hours of modeling, man

  • thats not lowpoly, dude xD

  • Best tutorial iv seen. Need some for the new blender

  • @newfireclow you push the mittel mouse button

  • @newfireclow if you want to change to the exact views (like front, top, right, etc), you want to be in orthographic mode(toggle is numpad 5), and then numpad 7, 1, and 3 are for top, front, and right respectively.

  • @newfireclow

Go to the view menu and select front front, back, side, etc

  • @newfireclow Alt+shift - scroll to rotate on the x-axis. Shift - scroll to pan on x-axis. Ctrl - scroll to pan on y-axis. Ctrl+alt - scroll to rotate on the z-axis.

  • @newfireclow i guess u are asking how to turn your 3D view? Hold your middle mouse button on your 3d view port and move the mouse. Or use Numpad 1 for front view, Numpad 3 for side view and Numpad 7 for topview.

  • @newfireclow Sorry I'm honestly not sure what you're actually asking me.

  • @taconene i think theyr're asking how to change the position of the screen to get a better view

  • if anyone able to get the pictures, can you please send them to me as well, I really want to do this tutorial

  • @rmntcsweetangel Try searching for my email Taconene@hotmail.com on youtube. The pictures are in my pictures section

  • 3:28 In blender whats shift 3

  • Thank you for the tutorial!

Just want to say, you sound exactly like Chris Griffin from Family Guy!!

  • Upload The Pictures You Use

  • where do i find the pic

  • its not blender for beginners when you start doing a bunch of key short cuts and not telling us the buttons

  • @CodedInEden While this may be true it is a series of tutorials. If you visit my page and watch all of the tutorials prior to this one you will learn the keys and short cuts that I use in this tutorial. :)

  • @taconene well i think thats what ill do thanks :)

  • @taconene whats the page?

    please?

  • @CodedInEden The tutorials for ultimate beginners is to learn all shortcuts.

A beginner should know all shortcuts.

  • @b1tTutorials the the video poster already told me about the other videos but that's alright i don't use blender anymore i use 3Ds Max 2011

  • I really want to do this tutorial, but I can't unless I can get the picture, I did request to be friends on myspace so please except or you can send me the pictures at keisha2sweet00@yahoo.com

  • @rmntcsweetangel try here

  • yes I'm not able to get the picture for this, and I've also forgotten my myspace name and password, so i cant log in to add you, so I was wondering if you can send me the pic instead

  • AHH HIS VOICE O_O XD

  • wait, at 5:07 you say " Now, you want to grab the bottom" how do you grab it

  • @ScouttheDoggieFan you grab by pressing G

  • (clears throat) you said pitchers ^.^!

    No offense :P

  • in the software where do you get the backround to shape out what you are making

  • am very very very new to software geting what ever i just got pivot and it is good how is this software is it hard to make objects?

  • hmmm very slow

  • woah i dont like ur voice but the tutorial is great :D

  • Can you please send me the pics of the moogle pls my email address is jack_4_hearts@hotmail.co.uk

  • how do you delete the cube

this tuturiol is easy for beginners

  • Dude i cant import the image it doesnt appears ive tried in all formats as JPEG, BMP, etc what can i do¿?

    Thanks!

  • just delete it and go the file tab and select save as default and watever is in the scence at the time is what you start with.

  • this is great! thanks so much but how do you get that annoying dark grey box to go away at the very beginning? i didnt see it in your vid, but i have one when it starts up. >.> it wont GO AWAY

  • @DigimonProjectInc I'm not really sure which image you are talking about :(

  • @DigimonProjectInc you talking about the default box? I guess you already figured it out since this past was 2mos ago...;p but anyway just press the letter (x) button on the keyboard and then click the erase selected object. That should do it ^__^

  • @DigimonProjectInc you mean the default cube? it's an object, like all the other objects, so you can easily select it (do that in object mode, not in edit mode) and delete it (with del button)

  • @DigimonProjectInc to delete the grey box just click on it and press X

  • @DigimonProjectInc press x and clear all

  • nice nice but nxt try to talk less

  • ok im new to blender and I'm having trouble with geting the backround image on there. I go to veiw and select an image but it wont show up. Do you know how to fix that kind of problem.

  • @pikawolfy @Labyrnthdom You probably don't have the image set as a image that is supported by Blender. Try opening the image in a photo editing software and "Save As" a JPEG

  • @taconene yay it worked, thank you

  • @taconene ive got the same problem but i get the pic the first time but when i midle click my mouse it disapers and when i try to do it again it wont show?

  • @11newells I cant even get to where I can see the picture

  • @taconene I would suggest just using paint, its quick, easy and on every microsoft computer

  • u sounds funny

  • FINAL FANTASYY!!!

  • omg you talk so fast >.> and you made 2 mistakes in the beginning just cut it out the video then

  • Woo! Moogles rule! YEAH!

  • I realize that this video is done by someone fairly new to blender. Other people would probably used s sphere for that and then extruded from there. But, at least your trying to show others what to do. But it is not helpful enough for beginners.. I would be one to know, im a beginner! Need to explain keys you are using a bit better and slow down a bit. I realize youtube only allows short videos, but you have plenty of time to make a series and not cram so much into 1 video.

  • I'm not new, I try to make things as simple as possible for everyone. Thanks for the advice though I'll try to slow down.

  • @Labyrnthdom You probably don't have the image set as a image that is supported by Blender. Try opening the image in a photo editing software and "Save As" a JPEG

  • where pulling at my mirrored cube only pionts move, there is only point symetry. how do i fix this and move whole sides?

  • I'm sorry I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking! Could you rephrase the question?

  • instead of a face, or an edge moving, just the single point moves. (it looks like hair on the shape). how do i move the entire edge or face?

  • Ah ok. It sounds like you are only grabbing one point. You need to ensure that your selecting m ore than one point. To select an edge loop press "Alt + Shift" Then select a line on the loop you want to select. Or you could just hold shift and press all of the lines you want to move. To move a face it's the same way. Hold down shift key and select all of the verticies or lines you would like to move! If this doesn't help let me know.

  • how do i deselect

  • to deselect hold shift and right click on what you want to deselect. to deselect all just press a

  • yo how do i get the pics?
