This is a refreshing break from all of the portal-related videos in this contest, especially the gameplay videos. It's a cool animation that could easily stand on its own.

I especially liked the 3d effect in the early scenes. My only complaint about anything in this video is that some backgrounds (especially the portal box room) looked kind of sloppy. Great work, though.

This is my favourite one so far! There's not much time to change it now, but It would have been nice if you had hand drawn the buildings, bench, and horizon instead of using straight lines, rectangles, or ellipses. Also, sunset skies aren't blue! That aside, I loved the story and I really think that you have something great here. Thumbs up! :D

first, i tried to draw it all by hand, but unfortunately im not a really good drawer ^^

and the thing with the blue sky, yea, i noticed it but didnt know how to improve it...

however, i dont have the time to change all the scenes but im still optimistic, even if there are a lot of really good and professional entries i think :)
