sateliites,stay above the part of the country its signalling for and move in the desired space as the globe turns...sats are the size of a small car,and operate 250 miles up,so its like trying to spot a car from here to london,you aint gona see it,in essance,do some resarch of your own..dont guess!..

thanks for your comments,its really hard to fathom, why they come so low down in orbit.? is it with the new telecomunications networks? mobile phones and gps?

Thanks ,, but I really don't know what it is ,, it's just a best guess. the military and old telecoms Sat's are most likely what they are ,,, I had one come down and as it fell to earth all I could see was a bright light,, then as it passed me to the ground it turned green red all sorts of colors and then poof it was gone. It was really cool never saw another again. good luck !

@Tirade70 i have what is called a mini dvr box from hongkong,now this box plugs into the yukons,and records to memory stick,original footage is excellent,except for youtube quality.

This is exactly what I saw tonight 1/10/10 between 6:50-7:00pm. Im outside of Austin. It flared up, but lasted longer than this one and it seemed to slow down. I do not believe they are satellites. I saw 5 more after this that were heading south within a minute of each other. Unfortunately, no camera, but Im hoping that will change. It's pretty active over my house.

they are, but I notice a lot of them are dim, but enough to see if you really look up at the sky...I'm sure they do this to hide to the world. I love finding them in the sky and I see a few within seconds to minutes of each other. That just confirms it more for me.

cool man,cheers, i can see them with my bare eyes,but what shot me,was... 2 yrs ago,i seen two flying high up,but moving in a snake motion,on in front of the other,right there i knew they was not sattelites,i didnt have night vision then,and was unable to film them..extraordinary sighting though,none the less..

Hey Jason Ive been blowing up images of my power ups and im seeing something like "plasma strings" wrapped around these craft. Best seen after the power up as the light and plasma disperses,the plasma tends to linger longer that bright light. I see signs of them on your footage. Let me know if you find them also.
